Tropicana Banana currently owns and operates three banana plantations all aiming to consistently produce high quality bananas. These farms are located at Kalbo Road, Innisfail (Capacity 300 acres with 200 acres under plantation); Upper Daradgee Road, Upper Daradgee (Capacity 250 acres with 200 acres under plantation) and Lockwood Road Mareeba (Capacity for 700 acres with 280 acres under plantation)

On our farms we aim to be the benchmark for the Tropicana Banana brand. Operating farms with a highly experienced farm managers being Gavin Eilers (Tropicana Banana overall manager), Wayne McCarthy (Mareeba), Mihkel Tammiku (Upper Daradgee) and Chris Rummary(Kalbo Road)  best ensures the consistency of quality and supply to our customers.

 

We are proud recipients of Reef Guardian farming grants on our farms for our work in constructing sediment ponds to reduce run off.
