Tropicana Banana currently owns and operates three banana plantations all aiming to consistently produce high quality bananas. These farms are located:

 

- Kalbo Road, Innisfail: Land 700 acres, Capacity 350 acres with 250 acres under plantation;

 

- Upper Daradgee Road, Upper Daradgee: Land 420 acres, Capacity 300 acres with 230 acres under plantation;

 

- Lockwood Road Mareeba: Land 1100 acres, Capacity for 800 acres with 300 acres under plantation. We have recently purchased additional water licenses that will allow us to grow an additional 200 acres of bananas that will increase our acreage under production to 500 acres.

On our farms we aim to be the benchmark for the Tropicana Banana brand. Operating farms with a highly experienced farm managers being lead by Reef Guardian farmer with 25 years experience Gavin Eilers(picture above). 

 

We are proud recipients of Reef Guardian farming grants on our farms for our work in constructing sediment ponds to reduce run off.
